Do I need to pay for this service monthly?

On Demand Roadside Assistance does not charge a membership fee. Pricing is provided upfront and you are only charged the amount needed for the service. It is just simple as that, only use it when you need it and no more wasted membership fees!

How will I know that my service request has been accepted?

​You will receive a confirmation via text message along with a link to track the service provider is on the way to your location.

How do I cancel my service request?

You can call directy to (619) 483-2432 and have your service request cancelled.

​What are my payment options?

Securely and easily pay over the phone. No need for cash, and your transaction is securely recorded with your bank. Just provide your e-mail to receive a copy of the receipt.

​Why was I charged $30 after cancelling?

If you cancel more than 15 minutes after your service provider indicates they are on the way, your service request will incur a $30 cancellation charge in order to compensate the service provider for the time invested in traveling to the service request location.

I already have Roadside Assistance coverage in my auto insurance policy.

Can I use On Demand Roadside Assistance for vehicle needs and get a receipt in order to get a possible reimbursement with my auto insurance?

Yes, we can send you a detailed receipt like any job that is performed you will always receive a receipt for your records.
